When is Cyber Monday this year?
This year, Cyber Monday falls on November 29, 2021. It always falls on the Monday following Black Friday and Thanksgiving and is apart of the "Turkey Five".
Is Cyber Monday better than Black Friday?
Both Cyber Monday and Black Friday offer ample opportunities to score a great deal. Often times retailers begin sales on Black Friday and extend them through Cyber Monday, either sweetening the deal for Cyber Monday or keeping the discount relatively the same. Nonetheless, both shopping days are chock full of great sales for you to take advantage of.
According to Megan Gokey, Klarna’s US Head of Marketing, Cyber Monday is anticipated to be the second-highest spending day behind Black Friday this year. In 2020, Klarna saw Cyber Monday hit a 130 percent increase in revenue compared to the average November day.
What sales should I look out for?
Cyber Monday is an opportune time to splurge on big-ticket items like small appliances, coffee makers, and high-end cookware sets since these items tend to have the largest markdowns. Klarna shopping data shows that there is significant demand for a variety of kitchen accessories and appliances leading up to Cyber Monday. For example, Klarna saw items like juicers, pressure cookers, standing mixers, and expresso machines increase by 629 percent in the last few months leading up to the holidays.
What products are on sale now?
It’s never too early to start shopping for the holidays, especially since supply chain and shipping delays are expected this year. Bookmark this page and check back, as we'll be updating this piece with more sales throughout Cyber Monday.
